ABOUT STEPHA

Stepha is an established portrait photographer with over 12 years of experience, based in Meanjin/Brisbane Australia.

She’s the artist for artists, with a knack and passion for creating high-quality and boundary-pushing art for brands and businesses. Stepha supports artists and business professionals to gain visibility, express their story, and showcase their art, products, and/or services. She also loves to document the sentimentality of family portraits and the fun of an event/party. 

Stepha’s photography style is what she calls ‘everyday editorial’, capturing *the moments* and *the moments in between*, a harmonious and honest dance of refined and raw.

Stepha is a self-proclaimed creative wildcard, with a spicy brain and sparkly heart — she’s a multi-passionate (and multitalented) artist. 

Also featuring on her resume: creative director, signed model, (bby) DJ, speaker, and content creator. 

She has the breadth of creative experience and depth of life experience, but above all, she is human AF — embracing and sharing her experiences in art, business and life. 

Stepha’s art and her approach to her work (and life) honours the legacy of her angel Mum, Coleen, who passed from suicide 16 years ago. Coleen was also a hobbyist photographer and creative soul. This is Stepha’s ‘why’, and the passion that fuels Stepha to encourage the world around her to express, take up space and get in the photo.
